Search forms on this site send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party search provider that powers sponsored results. We do not keep a copy of those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to respond.
Automatic Data
Our hosting systems record ordinary server-log data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this information in aggregate to keep pages working, understand traffic, and fix technical problems. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Data
We use the data described above to operate the site, answer messages, troubleshoot errors, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell a visitor list. We do not create individual user profiles.
Links to Other Sites
Bell People Search links to city, county, court, state, library, and sponsored search resources. Those outside sites have their own privacy policies. Information submitted to the City of Bell, Los Angeles County, LA Superior Court, California agencies, libraries, or sponsored providers is controlled by those entities, not by us.
Who May Process Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive automatic data described in this policy. We may disclose data if valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
Security and Retention
The site is served through an encrypted connection. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for operations, security, and measurement. Because visitors do not create accounts, there is no site password or personal profile for us to store.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a minor has sent personal information through a contact message, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may give eligible consumers rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. Because Bell People Search holds very little visitor data, most requests involve checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Bell, Los Angeles County, California agencies, courts, or libraries are outside our control and must be addressed with the custodian.
